We make every effort to complete work in a timely and professional manner. However, schedules and completion timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to material availability, weather conditions, utility coordination, inspections, or third-party delays.

Payments

Payment terms are outlined on invoices or service agreements and must be adhered to as stated. Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Late or unpaid invoices may result in service delays or suspension of future services.

Service Concerns & Disputes

Any concerns or disputes regarding completed work must be reported within 14 days of service completion. This allows us the opportunity to review and address the issue in a timely manner.

Knapp’s Electric is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or issues caused by factors outside our direct control, including supply chain disruptions, utility provider delays, permitting authorities, or manufacturer-related issues.
