Service Description
This booking is for an on-site generator diagnostic service call. The visit is intended to assess system operation, review alarms or fault conditions, and identify the cause of performance or reliability concerns. Service rates are not displayed online. A quote is provided before the visit. This service applies to permanently installed standby generators only. We service Generac and Champion standby generator systems. Portable generators are not serviced. If repairs, adjustments, or maintenance are required, recommendations and pricing will be reviewed following the diagnostic assessment. Some repairs may require parts, additional approvals, or a return visit.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling. This booking is for a paid virtual consultation. The consultation is advisory in nature and does not include on-site service, physical inspections, or hands-on diagnostics. Missed appointments or late cancellations are non-refundable. Rescheduling is permitted with at least 24 hours' notice. This consultation applies to permanently installed Generac and Champion standby generator systems only. Portable generators are not serviced. Recommendations provided during the consultation are based on information shared at the time of the call and do not replace site-specific inspections, code requirements, or permitting approvals.
